The Invitation
The light is reaching its peak.
As we approach the Summer Solstice, days stretch long and golden, inviting us into fullness, expression, and vitality. Though the Solstice arrives on June 21, we gather in advance to begin attuning to its energy — to open, receive, and embody the expansion already building within and around us.
Join us at Glynnis, nestled on the Meramec River in south St. Louis County — long regarded as the heart of the dove, a sacred space for awakening, remembrance, and unity. Here, we come into relationship with the season at its height, honoring both the outer light of summer and the inner light we are here to live.
Through intentional yoga and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls and vocal toning, we’ll support the body and nervous system in holding more energy, more clarity, and more presence.
A Gifted Gathering
This ceremony is offered on a donation basis, in the spirit of community, generosity, and shared experience.
Donations of any amount (cash, Venmo, or a gift in kind) are warmly welcomed and go directly toward supporting the facilitators and future gatherings. Your presence is the offering — your reciprocity helps sustain this work. There is no minimum or maximum, only intention.
What to Expect
9:45 – 10:00 AM
Arrival, connection, and settling into the space.
Weather permitting, we will gather outdoors at Glynnis. If not, we will move inside the indoor sanctuary.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ceremony begins.
The morning includes:
- Gentle yet energizing yoga to build heat, circulation, and flow
- Breath and movement practices to expand capacity and presence
- Seasonal intention setting aligned with the energy of the Solstice
- Crystal singing bowls to regulate and harmonize the nervous system
- Vocal toning to support integration, expression, and energetic coherence
- By the end, you’ll feel open, resourced, and attuned to the fullness of the season
