Summer Solstice
Yoga & Sound Journey
📅 Date: Thursday, June 19th
🕡 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (near sunset)
📍 Location: Legacy Equestrian, LLC
2275 New Farm Ln, Millstadt, IL 62260
Step into the magic of the Summer Solstice with an evening of embodied connection, deep healing, and soulful renewal on a peaceful horse farm just outside Millstadt, IL.
Surrounded by the gentle presence of horses and the beauty of open land, we’ll gather to celebrate the turning of the seasonal wheel—the longest day of the year, a sacred threshold into the heart of summer. The solstice invites us to slow down, reflect, and align with nature’s rhythms—honoring both the radiant light around us and the inner light within.
This year, our gathering falls on Juneteenth, a day of profound historical and spiritual significance. Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States—a celebration of freedom, resilience, and Black liberation. As we come together to honor the light and shift into a new season, we also hold space for remembrance, justice, and collective healing. May our practice support greater awareness, unity, and reverence for the strength of those who came before us.
✨ This experience includes:
- A grounding yoga flow to connect body, breath, and intention
- A deeply restful sound bath with crystal singing bowls and vocal toning to clear energy and calm the nervous system
- Gentle horse medicine—the calming presence of horses reminds us how to live in the present, access intuitive wisdom, and reconnect to our hearts
- A peaceful sunset under wide-open skies to honor the light and set intentions for the season ahead
🌿 Why this practice matters:
- Yoga helps regulate your energy, release stored tension, and restore your body’s natural balance
- Sound healing works on a cellular level to shift brainwaves, reduce stress, and invite deep clarity and calm
- Horses, as natural empaths, offer non-verbal, heart-centered healing—teaching us presence, authenticity, and connection
- The Summer Solstice is a potent time for transformation, visioning, and realignment with your soul’s path
- Whether you’re seeking restoration, inspiration, or simply a moment of stillness in nature, this gathering offers a sacred space to come home to yourself.
🧳 What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket

- Layers for warmth as the sun sets
