Equine Reiki + Energy Work

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with subtle energy, with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and a greater sense of ease.


With horses, I offer Reiki and intuitive energy work in a way that honors the horse's individual temperament, boundaries, and communication. I do not touch, restrain, or move your horse. Instead, I remain outside the horse's stall, paddock, or pasture, and allow them to engage with the session in their own way, for as long as they desire, up to the maximum allocated time.


Some horses become visibly quiet or more relaxed. Others may move around, graze, yawn, stretch, or simply go about their normal activities. They may move towards me or stay at a distance. There is no "right" response. The horse gets to choose how much they receive, and in the way that feels best for them in that moment.


Reiki and Energy Work may support:

  • relaxation & a sense of calm
  • settling after stress or change
  • greater ease and relaxation within the body
  • emotional balance
  • a quiet space for rest and restoration
  • connection and attunement between horse and human


Individual sessions for horses are currently offered at $75 for up to 45 minutes (plus travel fees). I also offer the following special rates:

  • If three services are booked at the same barn for the same day, a 10% discount will be applied, as well as travel fees waived.
  • Boarders at my home barn, Legacy Equestrian, receive a special rate of $65 per session.

For the Herd

In addition to offering Reiki and Energy Work to horses individually, I also offer sessions to support the herd collectively as a whole. This can be especially supportive during times of transition or change.


Collective herd sessions are currently offered at

  • $100 for up to 45 minutes (plus travel fees).
  • Boarders at Legacy Equestrian receive a special rate of $90.

For a Horse + their Human

In addition to working with just horses or just humans, I also offer the opportunity for you and your horse to receive Reiki and Energy Work together.


While you relax on a zero gravity chair outside of your horse's stall, paddock, or pasture, receiving Reiki, I will extend an invitation to your horse to join us, in the way that they desire. Your horse may choose to receive Reiki as well, or to support you in your session.


These combined sessions are offered at

  • $175 (plus travel fees) for up to 90 minutes.
  • Boarders at Legacy Equestrian receive a special rate of $165.
